Coffee Tasting, or Coffee cupping, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. It is a professional practice but can be done informally by anyone. I enjoy going to different small coffee shops and tasting their coffee. This is especially nice if they roast their coffee beans at the coffee shop as well.
