Formula 1 is a team sport. It needs to be to change all 4 tyres on a car in under 2 seconds! F1 teams design and build their cars and get them ready to race. Each has their own history. Each has their own unique approach. All want to be the fastest.
Extreme g-forces. Daring decisions made in the blink of an eye – and at 370km/h. Dramatically battling to be the best, Formula 1 drivers are more like fighter pilots than sportspeople. Only 20 get the chance to compete, and they push themselves – and their incredible machines – to the very limit.
The name "Formula 1" refers to the highest class of single-seater auto racing sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The term "Formula" in "Formula 1" originates from the set of rules and regulations (i.e., the formula) that govern the specifications of the cars participating in the championship.
Elianna's favorite Formula 1 team, Red Bull Racing, is like a powerhouse in the world of racing. They're the team that always seems to be leading the pack, winning races, and challenging for championships. Just like how a champion athlete trains hard, Red Bull Racing invests heavily in their technology, design, and team talent, always striving to be at the cutting edge of innovation. Their drivers, like Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez, are like the star players on a winning team, pushing the limits and delivering exceptional performances on the track.
