Drinking chamomile tea regularly may help maintain healthy blood pressure levels more indirectly as it helps to reduce stress, promote sleep, and relax blood vessels and arteries.

elderflower tea

Elderflower Tea

Elderflower has antibacterial and antiviral properties and may also help alleviate some allergies and boost the functioning of the immune system.

marshmallow tea

Marshmallow Tea

Marshmallow leaf supports a healthy respiratory system and can alleviate coughs, throat irritation, and congestion. It may also help ease stomach issues and promote a healthy gastrointestinal tract.

lemon verbena tea

Lemon Verbena Tea

Widely drunk as a digestive aid. It can be drunk to sooth stomach cramps and period pain. Lemon Verbena is calming for mind and body. It is well-known for relieving stress and nervousness.

There are many edible plants in my garden of which I like to make teas. These teas would be referred to as herbal teas.

Herbal teas, also known as herbal infusions and less commonly called tisanes, are beverages made from the infusion or decoction of herbs, spices, or other plant material in hot water; they do not usually contain any actual tea.
