Delicious Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, diced
2 onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-sized ginger, grated
1 can (400ml) coconut milk
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
Stir in curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder.
Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
