Homemade Ice-cream
Better than store-bought
Homemade ice-cream is so easy to make and tastes incredibly delicious. The great thing about making your own ice-cream is you can control the amount of dairy, sugar and flavour you add into it. The flavours are completely customizable and you can make a batch of basic ice-cream and switch up the flavours so easily. My favourite recipe comes from Gemma of Bigger Bolder Baking.
Homemade Ice-cream can be made using just 3 simple ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
