Cheesecake
The greatest creation, after coffee...
Cheesecake is a dessert made with a soft fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar.
It may have a crust or base made from crushed cookies (or digestive
biscuits), graham crackers, pastry, or sometimes sponge cake. Cheesecake
may be baked or unbaked, and is usually refrigerated.
Just like you when you're gearing up for a night out, the cheesecake can
be dressed up with many flavors that have gotten more interesting over
the years. Additional flavors and visual appeal may be added by topping
the finished dessert with fruit, whipped cream, nuts, cookies, fruit
sauce, chocolate syrup, or other ingredients. Or like a night in,
dressed in sweats, this dessert can be enjoyed in it's
simple glory.
