One of my favourite hobbies

I started running in 2018. I entered a 5k race to challenge myself to become fitter overall.

I had not run since secondary school, so it was a amazing feeling to have ran 5k! During lockdown, I stopped, however in 2023, I challenged myself again to run a 10k, which I did in 1 hour, 15 mins and 39 seconds as you can see from the photos! πŸ“·

I use a strategy called Jeffing where you run/walk for set intervals - for example running for five minutes and then walking for one minute to help keep my pace even ⏱️

Running has become so important - I feel better physically and mentally when I go for a run. 🧠 I also get to explore new routes in my city πŸ™οΈ
