Benefits of Reading

If you like to read physical books, or on Kindle, or listen to them on audio, then those are qualities that make you a bookworm🐛

Did you know reading is an excellent method of reducing stress. A 2009 study from Mindlab International at the University of Sussex found that reading was able to reduce stress levels by 68%.
