My favorite workout channel is NML. They have a lot of great workouts!
I like to mix up strength training with Barre workouts.
My favorite form of training is unilateral exercises. Unilateral training
has a lot of great benefits:
- allows us to focus on one side of the body at a time
- isolates and corrects muscle imbalances
- improves balance and core stability
- training both sides of the body equally
Working out makes me feel athletic and strong.
It's a great way to loosen up (physically and mentally) and I feel
at ease after a workout!
