  My name is Nimah, i am a Canada based Nigerian Chef. I have lived in canada for over 8years now and 4years out the 8years i had little to no access to Nigerian food. I began researching and trying different recipes. Including the ones I had memorized from helping out in the kitchen when I was back home.

Egusi Soup with a ball of poundo yam
Growing up in Nigeria, I ate this soup every other night. It's easy too make and inexpensive. For vegetarians or vegans,you can easily make it by substituting Veggie stock for meat stock and your choice of protein, please keep in mind that the taste will vary depending on what you add.I will be posting a full recipe video soon,in meantime check out the link below on how to cook egusi 👇🏾.

These are savoury snacks, fully stuffed with me minced beef,carrot and potatoes that have been seasoned and cooked to perfection.They can be made into different shapes and sizes. A party without meatpies is not a Party!.

These are sweet, bite size snacks made from flour,sugar,yeast,water,milk(optional) and deepfried in oil. Puffpuffs are the life of the party.
