I had always dreamed of starting a business. Recently, having found myself with lots of free time due to remote classes, I decided to finally do it.

In fact, this is just my first time ordering from Alibaba!
I'm just sharing what I know based on my personal entrepreneurial journey.
I pretty much expect you to already have an idea of what to sell.
You can start by heading over to Alibaba's website
and typing relevant keywords onto the search bar.
Use the filters to your advantage. On the left side of the page, you will see 'Category'. In that box, you'll find 'Supplier Types', 'Product Types', etc.
It's always best to narrow down your search. I'd also recommend checking the Trade Assurance and Verified Supplier checkboxes under 'Supplier Types'.
What they mean:
Trade Assurance - According to Alibaba's website, dealing with suppliers with a Trade Assurance badge will grant you Alibaba's assistance (including getting your money back) should the supplier fail to provide the quality of the product as advertised or fail to ship out the products on time. It's not always safe to simply rely on these badges when evaluating suppliers.
Consider the following questions as well:
