Choux Pastry Week

Yesterday I make eclairs, and I have to say they turned out wonderfully! It was terribly easy, and they were so yummy. Did you know that eclairs are French in origin and they date from around the 1800's? They are made from a choux pastry dough, which also makes the delicious profiteroles, but they are different shapes and require different baking times.
