Strength training, also known as weight training or resistance training,
involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to
improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the lifting
of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques
such as bodyweight exercises, isometrics, and plyometrics.

I apply the principles of strenght to my day-to-day live, in the gym or
outside of it:
- Consistency - Just show up, the minute you stop, it ends with you.
- Accountability - Only you can achieve your PBs.
- Hard work - I beleive everyone has 1% more, however hard it is.
- Patience - Don't expect one off results. Be ready for the long term.
- Purpose - Know your why. Never forget why you are here, and focus on the bigger picture.
