Mutura is the name for a locally eaten snack.Mutura is a local name in kenya for African sausage. It is an intestine-encased mixture of minced pieces of cow or goat meat,tripe and cooled blood that's beenflavored with onions,salt,pepper and chili.

Mutura is commonly served with kachumbari. Kachumbari is also a local name for tomatoes,onions,pepper,corriander chopped together.
