Badminton

Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" and "doubles".

Badminton is a fun, active sport which is an easy game to practice with few painless rules. It boosts up your muscles💪, adds strength to the muscles, improves blood flow rate and the benefits are endless. Apart from physical health benefits there are mental advantages of playing badminton too.

All sessions, programmes and events are open to all abilities, specifically people who are new to the activity or complete beginners. All sessions are either free or at very low cost, which helps you stay fit and active.
