The Kingdom of Cambodia is bordered by the Gulf of Thailand to the southwest, Vietnam to the east, Laos to the north, and Thailand to the northwest. Cambodia is largely a land of plains and great rivers and lies amid important overland and river trade routes linking China to India and Southeast Asia. It's capital Phnom Penh is a bustling urban centre in a largely rural country. Over the next 4 months, I am lucky enough to get the opportunity to live and work in Phnom Penh.
