Winding down and creating an atomsphere that evokes a sense of peace should be something we all experience after a long day. There
are so many factors in our daily lives that contribute to us feeling overwhelmed, over worked, and extremely stimulated. I have found
myself countless times feeling super anxious after a long day, so here are a few tips on how to wind down after a long day. Let's go!
1. Instagram / All socials can wait!
This may be easier said than done but being
on your phone and engaging on social media when
you are trying to relax can be counterproductive.
If you have to be on your phone, here is an article

2. Set the mood!
This can mean something different to everyone.
So my suggestion would be to set the mood by playing
some of your favorite music and light some candles. Oh,
and don't forget the wine..if you don't drink, tea or a warm
beverage will do.

3. Lastly, journal!
Journaling can be overlooked when it comes to winding
down. On the flip side, writing down anything that you
are feeling can help release those emotions. So take out
a pen, paper, and let it go.
