Sadza is a traditional porridge made from cornmeal (chibage), millet flour (zviyo), broom corn (mhunga) or sorghum (mapfunde) that holds great cultural significance in Zimbabwean cuisine. Sadza is the staple food in Zimbabwe and it can be eaten with many varieties of meat, fish or even just vegetables. It is also known as nshima, pap or ugali in other parts of Africa, sadza has been a part of Zimbabwean culture for centuries.
