Fitness training is a combination of regular physical exercises and a healthy diet. Besides giving you the body you want, fitness training also prolongs your life and provides you with some mental benefits. There are five basic elements that you can focus on to achieve your wellness goals, whether at a gym or elsewhere: aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, flexibility and stretching.
