TEQUILA

FROM MEXICO

Tequila is a distilled spirit made from Agave Azul (or Blue Agave). This liquor can only be produced, bottled, and labeled in five Mexican states: Jalisco, Michoacan, Nayarit, Guanajuato, and Tamaulipas. Jalisco is home to the town of Tequila and is where most of the modern tequila production takes place.
