Aerial Yoga began in the early 2000s. Many people may think that it is a contemporary skill, but it has longstanding roots, beginnning in India. The practice allows for deeper movement, stronger flexiblity, and enhanced workouts.

It is great for beginner and advanced yogis alike.

I myself am only in my third week of classes and no longer feel afraid of the silks. I feel empowered and confident.
