Açaí Bowls

The average Açaí bowl is packed with various antioxidants and vitamins. When I would come home from cross country practice in the morning this is what I would make myself. With endless flavor options and combinations, you'll never get tired of Açaí bowls.

Açaí na tigela is a Brazilian dessert from Pará and Amazonas, where the Ribeirinhos people prepare it regularly. It is a dish made with the frozen and mashed fruit of the açaí palm, described as having an "earthy" or creamy taste.
