By focusing on exercises and weights tailored to women's physiological makeup, women can safely and effectively start weightlifting. With proper guidance and support, weightlifting can break down stereotypes and stigmas, improve physical and mental health, and provide a fun and social experience.
I wish more women could lift weights and experience the benefits of weightlifting. It's not just about building muscle, it's about empowering women to be strong, confident, and capable.
