Do you want to begin your fitness journey but don't know how to start?

We understand that everyone starts their fitness journey at different points. As a new member, you will receive a complimentary assessment and two personal training sessions. Additionally, we have an exciting fitness app called MyFittness that will soon be available on your phone. MyFittness offers a wide range of workout videos and training routines to choose from. Our expert Master trainer will curate a program tailored to your specific goals, which will be accessible through the app to guide you through your routine. MyFittness also tracks your progress and adjusts your routine accordingly. If you have any questions or need assistance, our friendly trainers are available at the club. We welcome you to the world of fitness technology.
Do you have previous training experience ?


If you are confident in your ability to proceed independently while you may occasionally desire a body assessment and you prefer having set class times and are open to finding a workout partner or training solo. You can join our program based on your preferences and requirements but there is an instructor available on the floor to assist you if needed











Do you enjoy training in a small group and value the opportunity to connect with new people?

We offer group-based training can provide the motivation you need. You can join a small group with pre-planned workouts and you have the flexibility to cancel with a 30-day notice at any time.
















Do you prefer to have control over the content and timing of your training sessions?

Working with a Personal Trainer would be beneficial for you as they can provide guidance and help you achieve your goals. We offer one-on-one training with a qualified Personal Trainer that you can cancel with a 30- day notice at any time
