The story about my match with Information Technology!
I´m from Brazil and when I graduated in Psychology (2005) I was also working with Digital Marketing. It was an easy choice for me to continue to work on what I love the most: to help businesses and consumers to have a good relationship ❤.
Besides enjoying consumer behavior studies, I also had a crush on Technology. In 2011, I became a partner in a Digital Agency, Saiteria, when I had the opportunity to be a member of an IT team and realized that I wanted to develop my career around the IT area. I graduated with an International MBA in Business Management of Information Technology in 2012, combining IT, Psychology, and Marketing to my tools and skills.
By 2013, I realized that I should start sharing all that knowledge and tell people how amazing Digital Marketing and Technology is, then I started to teach classes in an MBA and kept on it until 2017.
I moved to Portugal in 2018 to take a Master's degree in Marketing and attended the Web Summit (2018 and 2019), the biggest technology event in Europe. I keep learning and developing around technology and my Master Dissertation, concluded in 2020, was about it "Perception of the importance of Inbound Marketing: The case of IT companies in Northeastern Brazil".
I have been working with lead generation in a Multinational Company as a Marketing Specialist in Portugal, where I live, since January 2019 and still flirting with the technology, while keep studying and performing in the Digital Marketing field. As I keep growing and getting more maturity in my career I still believe that the path that I want for me is around the combination of IT and Marketing. And that is why I decided to join the SheCodes Workshop and learned the basics principles of coding and the final result was this landing page coded by me! (basic mode for now 😅)!
