The Traditional Japanese Diet consists of minimally processed, seasonal foods served in small dishes (between 10-13 cm in diameter). It emphasizes natural flavors without sauces or seasonings and is rich in rice, noodles, fish, tofu, natto, seaweed, fruits, and vegetables. For the Day-1, we will be preparing a simple Grilled Fish with Salad.
Unsweetened coffee and rice cracker. You can add a little bit of semi-skimmed milk to taste.
Chopped 2 boiled eggs mixed with boiled coleslaw, sprinkled with olive oil. Accompany the salad with fresh tomato or lemon juice.
A fish cooked on the grill without oil. If you do not have such a possibility, you can also steam it. Next to it is a plate of salad with only greens.
You can switch dinner and lunch according to your eating habits.
