I love how versatile crèpes are, making them worth every minute of
preparing them! They are fluffy, soft and can either be made sweet or
savory and can also be enjoyed with any toppings.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour (sifted)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
5 drops of caramel drops
Method:
Whisk eggs in a bowl and mix with milk and caramel drops.
Combine the wet mixture with flour and mix until a smooth batter is
formed.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and grease with a non-stick cooking
spray.
When the pan is hot enough, pour 1/3 cup of batter and swirl the pan so
the batter can coat the pan fully.
Cook the crèpes for a minute or less on each side.
Use a spatula to loosen and turn the crèpes.
When done, serve with your favorite sides, mine being chocolate and
strawberries.
