Be bad for a few days, not all of December!

The festive period is a social one, and often people start the celebrations at the beginning of December and carry on right the way through to the New Year. While it’s a great time to catch up with family and friends and let your hair down, it can mean that come January you’re carrying a few extra pounds and feel less than happy about it. December doesn’t have to be the month of gorging and completely falling off the wagon.
