Momo: Nepalese Dumplings

Momo: Nepalese Dumplings

Momos are a type of steamed dumpling that originated in the Himalayan region and are popular in Nepal, Tibet, and parts of India. They are often served with a sauce called achar, which is influenced by the spices and herbs used in the Nepalese cuisine. Momos are made from all-purpose flour and can be filled with meat, vegetables, or paneer. They filling is marinated in spices which sets apart Momo from other types of dumplings.
