This Week's Spotlight: Herbal Teas

Herbal teas, are beverages made from the infusion or decoction of herbs, spices, or other plant material in hot water.
The term "herbal" tea is often used in contrast to traditionally caffeinated teas (e.g., black, green, white, yellow, oolong), which are prepared from the cured leaves of the tea plant.
Herbal teas offer several health-promoting properties and could help improve heart health, digestion, sleep quality, and more.
In fact, herbal teas have been used as natural remedies for a variety of ailments for hundreds of years.
