Hot Yoga is a 90 minutes series of 26 Hatha Yoga
postures ("asanas") and 2 breathing
exercises ("prayanama").It is practiced
in a room heated to 40°C and taught by certified teachers. Done in a
prescribed order, the series is designed to stretch every system in
the body, inside out, from bones to the skin, fingertips to the toes
and to flush the toxins out of the body through intense sweating. A
regular practice will increase vitality, strength, concentration,
balance and well being. Yoga is a 5000-year-old science and it is the
best way of improving:
