Ugali,is a common dish in Kenya and many different countries in Africa. It is a type of corn meal made from maize or corn flour. The flour is cooked in boiling water or milk until it reaches a stiff or firm dough-like consistency. Ugali is usually served as an accompaniment to meat or vegetable stews, greens or soured milk.
