Welcome to Sifnos!

Sifnos is a medium-sized island in the western Cyclades. It is located between Serifos and Kimolos. It is about 130 kilometers or 80 nautical miles from Piraeus. It has an area of 73,942 square kilometers, a length of 15 kilometers, and a width of 7.5 kilometers. Its coastline is approximately 70 km, and it has a permanent population of 2,755 inhabitants. Sifnos has a long tradition in pottery and cooking, as it is the birthplace of Nikos Tselemendes, the leading Greek chef of the 20th century.
