The Benefits of Surfing
Ever just looked at a group of surfers, playing with the power of the
ocean, and thought, I wish I could do that? You can, you just have to
get out of your comofort zone. Surfing, provides many health benefits!!
Cardiovascular fitness from paddling. Shoulder and back strength. These
muscles will strengthen from the paddling. Leg and core strength. Once
you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep
you up. Other benefits include,
a great way to spend time outdoors and enjoy the natural
environment, and a good outlet for stress and tension.
