Do your dreams keep you up at night? Or do you have nightmares instead?
Why not get yourself a dreamcatcher?
In some Native American and First Nations cultures, a dreamcatcher (Ojibwe: asabikeshiinh, the inanimate form of the
word for 'spider') is a handmade willow hoop, on which is woven a net or web.
A mounted and framed dreamcatcher can be used as a shared symbol of hope and healing.
