Do a combination of these symptoms resonate with you? Your doctor will
refer you to a healthcare
professional that is highly skilled in diagnosing ADHD- such as a
psychotherapist.
Remember: ADHD is frequently missed in children because
parents and teachers often associate only hyperactivity with ADHD,
or don't know any of the symptoms. Most children with
Inattentive/Combined ADHD are often overlooked and suffer with
undiagnosed ADHD for, possibly, the rest of their lives.
Especially women.
