As a nutritionist, fitness and
calisthenics
trainer, I will get you to your goal in the long term. With over 10
years of experience in the industry, I have already helped hundreds of
clients to get fit. In our 1:1 sessions, we focus on training
efficiency, sustainable and effective nutrition that fits your lifestyle
and desires, as well as mental strength, endurance and resilience. We
will meet 2 to 6 times a week. Training times will be from 5 am to 10 am
or 4 pm to 9 pm, depending on your availability and your goals.
