Learning Piano is a cure!

The benefits of learning to play the piano on the brain

Taking Piano lessons might just save your brain. A new study suggests that learning to play an instrument may prevent the brain from succumbing to the effects of age.

Indeed, it showed that musicians have faster reaction times than others.

It's also one of the only activities that involve so many parts of the brain when practiced, in addition to developing coordination and a sense of rhythm. In addition, starting to play the piano as an adult would be a great way to stay alert and keep your brain healthy. It's a great way to train your brain to finally beat your grandchildren at Jungle Speed!

You might be wondering, how would I know?

Well, I am not only a developer and a business strategist. I am also a pianist. I started learning at a young age. During the covid pandemic, I learned all by myself to play "Bella Ciao" at the piano. We all know it is one of the songs played in Casa Del Papel series or also called Money Heist. I did my research and found that what helped me focus all these years is actually playing the piano.

Here is the video of me playing "Bella Ciao" at the piano below.
