I 💛 FRENCH TACOS

French tacos are the ultimate fast food: a cheap, delicious, and
fully customizable meal-on-the-go. Not to be confused with Mexican tacos
(a.k.a. “actual tacos”), French tacos originated in the
Rhône-Alpes region of France and bear a close resemblance to
döner kebabs. Patrons of any French taco establishment have a choice of
meat (including ground beef, chicken nuggets, and merguez sausage),
French fries, sauces, and other toppings, all wrapped in a flour
tortilla and grilled to perfection.
Popular among teenagers, the currently or recently drunk, and other
gastrointestinally fearless locals, French tacos have spread
worldwide since the early 2000s, satisfying everyone except those
expecting a taco.
