About Me

Over the last ten years I have been practcing thearpy in different with formats, tools, approaches I have crafted my space through my learnings to be a focused practice on your mental wellbeing. I am a mother and wife, with my spare time I enjoy being with my family espically now they have all left home. I enjoy spending time with my husband exploring new places and eating new foods. I am cautious of my own physical helath and enjoy stay healthy. I have given years to volunteering in my community, learning, teaching and growing. My practice is an outcome form years of helping people and giving back.
