Why I Love Swimming

Swimming is an excellent way of working your entire body and cardiovascular system and burns close to the same amount of calories as running without the impact on your bones and joints.
My favourite start to any day is swimming and this provides a full body workout whilst doing something I enjoy.
Swimming helps burn calories, improves sleep and can relieve stress which benefits me working in a high pressure job.
