#1 I have a sweet, nutty flavor and a soft flesh. Bake or mash me!

#2 I have a taste similar to that of my friend the sweet potato, with a creamy flesh. Great for baking roasting braising steamimg and mashing!

#3 I am savory and sweat, with a meaty flesh. I'm at my best when baked and then pureed!

#4 I have a mild taste and a stringy flesh, much like the name implies. Feel free to bake boil steam or saute me!

The above are just a few of my favorites, though I must admit I have experimented with them all.
