Turkish coffee is an ancient brewing method of coffee, which is still
used in many places in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, the Balkans,
Romania and Greece.
Water is poured together with very finely ground coffee in a pot with a
small opening called ibrik, cezve, dzezva which is still widely used.
The coffee is traditionally served in a small porcelain cup and has a
rich and thick foam, which adds a delightful texture on each sip.
