The art of capturing life in an image

According to Wikipedia, "photography is the art, application, and practice of creating images by recording light, either electronically by means of an image sensor, or chemically by means of a light-sensitive material such as photographic film. It is employed in many fields of science, manufacturing (e.g., photolithography), and business, as well as its more direct uses for art, film and video production, recreational purposes, hobby, and mass communication."

For me, photography is a means of capturing the world as I perceive it.
I enjoy taking pictures of nature, particularly birds, as I find them strikingly beautiful in their natural habitat. I also like capturing images of buildings, different textures like tree cortex, or painted walls. Shadows and reflections are also something I love to capture. Even more, photography allows me to express my inner world through self-portraits, which goes beyond the simple act of taking selfies and can be really challenging sometimes. Although I am not a professional photographer, I believe that anyone with a camera and a keen eye and soul can capture a stunning shot. πŸ“Έβœ¨
