Overnight oats is a no-cook oatmeal method where you soak oatmeal in milk. Instead of having to cook your oats, you can actually eat them raw by soaking them in milk or water for at least 2 hours or overnight. After a few hours, the texture of the oats becomes soft and chewy and is quite similar to classic oatmeal. BUT, there is one caveat you eat overnight oats cold and it is so delicious!
