Switzerland has four official languages:
- 62.6% speak German (red)
- 22.9% speak French (blue)
- 8.2% speak Italian (green)
- 0.5% speak Romansh (yellow)

In addition, there are different dialects or idioms in each language. For example, the German-speaking Swiss speak a Swiss-German dialect depending on the place of their origin. And in Romansh, there are five different idioms and an artificially created standard language called Rumantsch Grischun.
