I enjoy being outside especially one with nature. There is a whole lot of peace, to hear the birds chirping, the tree leaves rustling and the water stream flowing. It heals and uplifts the soul. To breathe that fresh air and to smell the wet soil gives a sense of calmness to me. To reach the hilltop and take in the view; nothing compares to that. I highly recommend hiking as it is a form of exercise and has many health benefits. One day I wish to hike the Hooker Trail in New Zeland >
