Yoga Workshop for New Moms
and Families

Recharge Your Mind. Heal Your Body.

Join us for a gentle yoga practice that will teach techniques for supporting the body through the demands of new motherhood. Postpartum yoga can offer many benefits including decreased stress and anxiety, increased energy, lower blood pressure, and a much deserved opportunity to relax. We will also include time for meditation and a Q&A on using yoga to help you navigate your own postpartum recovery and mental health.
This workshop is intended for individuals who have given birth within the past 9 months.
Partners and babies are welcome! If you are less than 6 weeks postpartum, this workshop requires physician approval. If you are more than 9 months postpartum, stay tuned for our Baby & Me yoga offerings.
