Practising mindfulness is one of the most powerful things you can do for your wellbeing and that of others. Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn , it is not longer seen as a new age or alternative practice but something which has tangible and cientifically proved benefits.

Even corporate giants such as Google have introduced mindfulness based programs across the board, namely tailor made programs for mindfull leadership, known as Search Inside Yourself.
