Enjoy delicious chocolate brownies!
Ingredients for chocolate brownies
- 250g dark chocolate
- 200g butter
- 40g cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 200g brown sugar
- 1pack vanilla sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 130g flour
- 130g nuts
- your favorite topping
Instruction for chocolate brownies

Melt dark chocolate, butter and cocoa. Either in the
microwave or over a pot of warm water.

Whip eggs, brown sugar and vanilla sugar untill fluffy.

Pur the chocoalte mixture (it shall not be hot!) to the egg mixture
and combine it.

Combine flour, nuts and salt and combine it with the other
ingredients.

But the dough on a baking tray and top with your
favorite toppings - nuts, choclate chips, berries or even a
cheescake mixture.

Bake at 170°C, bottom and top heat for about 40 minutes

When ready, let it cool down and store the cake in the fridge till you
serve it.
